 Hi Adadren,  I wanted to tell you about how absolutely amazing sweetness was. I'm grieving so my grammar, spelling, and sense-making is awful at the moment. But sweetness's skills with hospice made my dads transition incredibly peaceful. I had to make all the major decisions all week and hardly knew what the heck I was doing. Sweetness had different skills than the other cna's, she knew how to create an atmosphere for this transition, she actually had cold compresses and other comforting skills that allowed us to lay off a little bit of the meds to help prevent the detrimental effects of delusion they were causing, she joked with my dad, and she knew just what to do when he passed to dignify his body and support us as we grieved over his body. I am so so grateful for her and that she was with our family in that final night. I didn't have to doubt the decisions i was making, we worked together and I felt so confident that her skills helped my dad find the courage    thank you   denise“
